Bonnie Maloney
Bonnie chose a career in real estate because she felt it was the perfect job where she could utilize her marketing and sales skills to help people achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Lynda Thompson

Lynda is a full time, professional realtor specializing in North San Diego county including San Marcos, Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo. She has been a licensed realtor since 1991. Prior to her real estate career, she was a business manager for a dental office and has a banking background. Lynda is a member of San Diego Associations of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®.

Designations:
CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) This is awarded only after a rigorous course of study and documented experience and is held by only 3% of all REALTORS® nationwide.

E-Pro (Internet Communication) This is awarded after intense training, study and testing on the internet on communication, websites, and navigating the internet.

Personal Information:
Lynda and her husband have lived and raised their family in North San Diego County since 1979. Their son is a graduate of the Naval Academy and serving in the Navy. One daughter lives in San Marcos, and their other daughter is currently living in Germany. Lynda is active in charitable organizations, and she and her husband have been active in their community for several years, serving as chairman for the local Cancer Society fund raising drive, participates in the food drive for Interfaith Crises Center, former PTA president and scout leader in the past.

Sarah Vollrath
Sarah’s career in real estate started in 2002 when she moved to California from Wisconsin. As a full-time Realtor, she offers clients a unique professional skill set that combines over 10 years experience in a Marketing/Advertising and Public Relations Agency, with her inherently friendly and cooperative personality.

According to Sarah, Real Estate is not just an ordinary sales job, “There’s nothing cookie-cutter about this! My role changes with every individual client. Each buyer has different criteria and priorities for a home that I need to help them find. Every seller has a home with particular features and benefits that I need to promote. I provide my clients with strong negotiation, information access, and committed guidance.
