"Finding the perfect home is so thrilling and so very important to my clients, their families, their futures and to me. As a realtor I am able to have a positive influence on my San Marcos community and help people at the same time. It’s a great job and I love it everyday”, says Bonnie.
Bonnie was born and raised in New York City and is quite accustomed to tight time frames, demanding deadlines and high energy environments. Now a San Diego resident since 1997, she has a proven track record, strong negotiating and organizational skills and a commitment to get you through your next real estate transaction.

Joseph (Joe) Post
A True Real Estate Broker
What is the difference between a sales agent and a real estate broker? The simplified answer is liability, education and opportunity. A licensed real estate broker is held to a higher standard for ethics and practices by the California Department of Real Estate than a typical licensed real estate salesperson. To receive a broker’s license an agent must complete many more hours of education relating to the fields of finance, practices, and escrow just to name a few. Also, a licensed real estate broker can open his or her own business and hire licensed salespersons to conduct real estate transactions under their supervision, if they so choose. Joe has been licensed as a sales agent since 1993 and as a Broker since 2005.
Local Knowledge
As a native of San Diego County Joe has almost 50 years of local experience seeing San Diego grow from a sleepy little navy town driven by the military and service industries to the diverse vibrant city and county it now is. Joe has traveled the side streets and major avenues necessary to know the county inside and out. As a former laborer who worked his way up to superintendant for local builders Joe has traveled the current roads before they were paved. From Downtown to Valley Center, Spring Valley to Carlsbad you can rest assured there are hidden nooks, crannies and neighborhoods Joe is familiar with that only longevity can bring.
Real Estate Experience
Since Joe began his real estate career in 1993, he has held positions in both real estate finance and residential sales. In the financial field Joe was both a retail loan agent and an account executive for a mortgage lender. In 1998 Joe made the transition to residential real estate sales and this has been his home ever since, joining Prudential California Realty in 1999.
Honors, Accomplishments and Memberships
Joe has consistently earned awards for production and service and is currently a 5 Star award winner featured in San Diego Magazine three years running. Joe currently belongs to the North San Diego County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Areas of Service
Joe’s primary market as both a listing and sales broker is North San Diego County, coastal and inland areas. However, as a native San Diegan Joe has sold homes and serviced friends and clients all over San Diego and Southern Riverside Counties.

Jim Johnston
Jim likes to tell his friends he’s lived in the San Diego area long enough to remember when people thought highway 805 was a waste of money and would never be used. We all know the San Diego area has grown significantly since then! Jim grew up in Clairemont and has owned several homes in San Diego County. He now resides in San Marcos with his wife and the family pooch.
After over 20 years in the business world working for Fortune 50 companies and a few smaller privately held companies Jim embarked on a career in Real Estate. His experience negotiating contracts and working with people made Real Estate a natural fit for him.

Jean Beck
Here are some things you might like to know about me:
In November of 2000 I joined Prudential California Realty after a 13-year position as Director of Operations with a local consulting company. Hair-designer, Travel Consultant, and an Operations Manager for a small consulting business are former careers.
At age 19 I purchased a home and by 22 acquired land for investment, four years later I borrowed equity from my home and purchased a duplex downtown San Diego. A few years later I exchanged up to a 4-plex and now after a series of 1031 exchange transactions I have moved my tax deferred assets into individual residential rental properties in the North County San Diego coastal area. As an experienced investor I am convinced that residential properties for retirement income and a balanced portfolio are perfect for the individual investor.
With practical business experience and people skills, my former occupations have been excellent preparation for transitioning into my Real Estate Career. In my first year of Real Estate I received the “Rookie of the Year” award with Top Number Transactions. The second year I became a member of the Presidents Circle with 7 Million in sales and for the next 3 of 4 years I earned Chairman’s Circle which ranks me in the top 3% of Prudential’s network of agents nationwide. 2007 was a down trending year, to say the least, but my sales reached 8 million putting me back in the “Presidents Circle”. The “Presidents Circle” represents the top 5% of Prudential’s network of agents nationwide. Last year (‘09), I received an Honor Society award.
I live in Pauma Valley with my husband who is retired from Northrop Corporation and is now an avocado and citrus farmer. We live in the Pauma Valley Country Club.
