Bonnie Maloney
Bonnie chose a career in real estate because she felt it was the perfect job where she could utilize her marketing and sales skills to help people achieve the American Dream of home ownership. I get an absolute rush of utter joy when I get to hand keys over to a first time home buyer, or when I sell a home so someone can move on to the next phase in their life. Bonnie was born and raised in New York City and is quite accustomed to tight time frames, demanding deadlines and high energy environments. Now a San Diego resident since 1997, she has a proven track record, strong negotiating and organizational skills and a commitment to get you through your next real estate transaction.

Eileen LaRosa
Since moving to California in 1988 Eileen became interested in real estate and began buying residential and commercial investment properties in California and other states. Wanting to help others in their pursuit of home ownership Eileen embarked on a career as a professional Realtor and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Eileen comes from a long and successful career in computer program design, development and consulting in Financial, Credit and Customer Care business applications. Her attention to detail, problem solving and ability to meet deadlines makes for easier, enjoyable and successful real estate transactions. Her background provides the versatility and experience needed to work with first time home buyers, sellers, relocations, investors and 1031 exchanges alike.

When you are looking for a professional with strong negotiating skills to work on your behalf, Eileen is appreciated for bringing professionalism, integrity and competence to each client.

Don Reedy
Don Reedy is one of a handful of Realtors who can boast of being a top real estate agent, and also having the background and experience to work with the financial, legal and practical skills needed to bring together buyers and sellers. Don started in real estate working with the San Diego County Assessor, went on to law school at USD, worked in top management in the construction industry, led a company to the Inc. 500 award three years in a row, and throughout all his career has studied and participated in architecture, manufacturing and sales management. He ran a successful  software company, and is an award winning Realtor with Prudential California Realty in North County.

Experience: Don Reedy is a full-time, professional real estate agent and Realtor specializing in North San Diego County. An award winning agent for Prudential California Realty, Don has tutored new agents as a mentor, created and implemented web site tools and sites to help clients best buy and sell their homes, properties, land or investments. Don primarily works in Bonsall, Fallbrook, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Valley Center, Escondido and San Marcos.

Honors: Don has been honored with awards from Prudential California Realty as a top producing agent, and with awards from fellow agents as well. He is a contributing writer to one of the nation's most popular real estate blogs, Bloodhound Blog, and syndicates his expertise to local and national newspapers, as well as the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce.

Education: Don graduated from Mount Union College with a degree in both biology and chemistry. After service in the U.S. Marine Corps, he attended the University of San Diego Law School. Believing, as does Sandi Hadley, that ongoing education best serves not only himself but those of his clients, Don has continued his study of real estate with programs in Commercial Real Estate, 1031 Exchanges, Ethics, Law, Accounting and Finance. He has studied and contributed to classes and texts on Equity Sharing, a form of home ownership.

Personal Information: Don lives in the foothills of Vista, CA, along with his wife and 2 dogs. An avid golfer and boater, he also enjoys strumming his 6-string guitar on his front porch swing, volunteering for local Chambers of Commerce, creating web sites for fun, tutoring, mentoring, and attending and participating in many church activities. He loves physics and string theory, "It's a Wonderful Life", Buffett, Kottke, and great books.

Memberships: Don is a member of the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, where he currently writes a monthly article on Real Estate for the community there. Additionally he sits on various committees that plan and implement business strategies throughout the North County. He is a member of nonprofit service organizations that help place and train families, a member of many faith-based organizations, and founding member of the Commercial Board of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors. Don is also active in REIE, a real estate investment exchange. Don also writes and contributes to Bloodhound Blog, a nationally known real estate blog of knowledge and experienced Realtors, Lenders and Business people. 

 

Chris Parnell
Chris is a San Diego native and has lived here all his life. Chris has owned homes in various parts of the county, built a career, married and started a family here, which gives him a unique understanding of the lifestyle and real estate market within San Diego County…this fine region we call home!  

Chris is a full time Realtor that is dedicated to helping his clients fulfill their real estate goals.

 

Whether those goals are the dream of first time homeownership, selling their current home, moving up, or acquiring investment properties, Chris believes the key to a successful and happy business relationship is the ability to ask questions, listen to his client’s answers, define what they are looking for, and help them achieve their real estate goals. 

 

Chris received his bachelor's degree in Psychology at San Diego State University. Chris brings wisdom and experience from over 16 years of successful client satisfaction based consumer, industrial, international, and manufacturing sales experience. Always a top producer, Chris believes that the wide variety of experience in working with consumers, calling on high level manufacturing engineers and industrial management personnel at companies such as 3M, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, and others, gives him the personal and business skills that many Realtors never get the chance to develop.

 

Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and son, coaching youth football, youth basketball, and contributing to his local community in the Santa Fe Hills area of San Marcos.

 

Though the home buying or selling process can be complex at times, Chris likes to approach his business with a single minded focus on his ultimate goal of client satisfaction.

Sarah Vollrath
Sarah’s career in real estate started in 2002 when she moved to California from Wisconsin. As a full-time Realtor, she offers clients a unique professional skill set that combines over 10 years experience in a Marketing/Advertising and Public Relations Agency, with her inherently friendly and cooperative personality.

According to Sarah, Real Estate is not just an ordinary sales job, “There’s nothing cookie-cutter about this! My role changes with every individual client. Each buyer has different criteria and priorities for a home that I need to help them find. Every seller has a home with particular features and benefits that I need to promote. I provide my clients with strong negotiation, information access, and committed guidance.
